Diversity is widespread in HR and corporate communication, while business leadership teams often have mixed perceptions: Many are aware of the potential benefits (innovation, teamwork, market access, engagement) and, at the same time, struggle to see the concrete relevance and practical applicability as part of their business agenda. This learning journey starts by connecting current business priorities with D&I. It leads to planning inclusive leadership approaches that mitigate unconscious and systemic biases and improve the performance of the team and organizational entity.
